You need:
1. Kimchi
2. 400g Kimchi to 600g Rice
3. Shallots (finely sliced)
4. Garlic (chopped)
5. Anchovies
6. Parsley
7. Sesame Oil
8. Butter & Oil
After getting them down:
1. Pour a little oil and butter into the wok (both needed so that the food will not burn so easily but still achieve the buttery fragrance....nice.)
2. Fry shallots and garlic till brown
3. Pour in kimchi till most of the liquid is dried up
4. Then put rice in and fry till all the rice has turned kimchi orange
5. Next put in the parsley
6. Fry a little longer and then drizzle sesame oil around
7. Toss around a little more
8. Serve
This is how you make sad food.
