A thought that can make your heart palpitate at fleeting speed. Amazing. Can fathom? One subconsciously wills it onto the surface and as realization sinks to conjoin, the heart sprints. It's the fight-or-flight mode intrinsic in us. The mind is willing, but the flesh is weak. Too much causes heart attacks though. It is also what we term 'lazy'. Or sloths, in street slang. I find solace in these fatal thoughts. It shows I still am on the ball towards my A's. The day I find myself breathing normally during these 8 weeks would be when you should tell me to kill myself. Great! We have an agreement.
Exams create gaps no instituition can fit. In pursuit of fillings, bars and clubs thrive. Teenagers hand-in-hand with denial make alcohol their bestfriend, suffocating the knowledge that vodka and bourbons create more gaping holes, not just in our lives but also livers. Yet, there is a certain supernatural attraction that transcends all intelligence and night after night they are drawn. Many claim it is a phase that will pass off like a fashion fad. I definitely hope so. Is that why so many drunk drivers are 25 years and above?
Well, sieve the moral out of it. If you drink, don't drive. Vice versa.
Yeah dance the night away and create the Hollywood you will never reach whilst you're young. And before your knees give way to old age and osteoporosis. Or do it the long term method. Drink milk.
